Unable to add Rulers to the artboard in XD after 40.1 update.

After the XD 40.1.22 update that fixed the prototype issues, add rulers to the artboard issue still persist.

 

Context

I was working on a file saved in the cloud when this bug crashed XD. I reopened the file and I can no longer add rules in it, but if I open another file saved in the cloud, this bug doesn't occur.

It's a minor issue, but there it is.

Is it possible for you to record a video of the issue and share it with us so that we can investigate better? Please share the details of the operating system you are working on.

Hi Harshika!

 

Yes, the problem still persists, even with the v41. I am working on macOS Big Sur (v11.4)

I can't record any video because the files are confidential, sorry.

    Hi!

    No, I have no locally saved files, but I tried with all my cloud saved files, even with new ones. The problem occurs only in the file in which I was working on of two that I had open.
