It says that the subscription status cannot be checked after the Creative Cloud update. For your information, I didn't upgrade to a paid account and used it as a free account.
It says that the subscription status cannot be checked even if you try the solution provided by Adobe. What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble using Adobe XD.This is a known issue and we are working on the fix.As a workaround Could you please try clicking the 'Quit XD' button and see if the Welcome Screen launches sucessfully?Let me know if this solution works for you.
