Unable to download plugins in Adobe XD

Hi everyone, any idea what's wrong with this? I can't download any plugins. 100% sure my password is correct.

Hi @ZE33, if you give some more details (about your system and XD version)maybe some of our experts can be more helpful, if this is on an office network you might want to ask help from your IT, as the error message suggests this is a permissions issue. You might also want to check https://helpx.adobe.com/au/xd/kb/issues-installing-xd-plugins.html Hope this helps!
