Unable to download XD in free plan

Hi! I have a Creative Cloud free plan that includes XD in my subscription. When I select XD, the popup to open Creative Cloud opens, I enter my email as listed in my profile/account, and then get an error stating that personal email accounts are not allowed.  What do I need to do to launch XD on my plan?

You can try to download XD from https://www.adobe.com/products/xd.html. As XD is free it must work if it not conflict with your free account.

Sorry to hear that you're facing trouble installing Adobe XD using free plan. Could you please confirm if you've tried to install Adobe XD directly from Creative Cloud desktop app?
