Unable to install Adobe XD

Hey! So, I tryed to open Xd, so I choose the screen that I wanted, but 5 seconds later, it closed. I try to update, restart my computer (twice), I tryed to reset and restore the Xd, but nothing worked. So, I decided to unistall, now, when I try to install, shows a error message. What can I do?

The version of the Operating System and other system specifications.
Do you get an error while installing? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error or more details about the error.
Are you installing the software from the Website or from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app?
