Unable to install Adobe XD

I have a biiiig problem with Adobe XD, it was installing and after, blocked, i deleted, and now, the app creative cloud think that i am installing XD but i'm not, so now i can't reinstall XD because it's installing forever...

Hi, 

I have rebooted, dowloaded the cleaner, redownloaded, removed firewall/security and am STILL unable to download Adobe XD. I have purchased the plan but have not been able to install it and it's been over 2 weeks. Can you please help?? I'm on a MAC OS Big Sur
