Hi everyone. I am literally unable to install XD. I deleted all my apps on my computer and I have been able to install all the other programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc). But everytime I try to install XD it starts but then around 4% it just says 'installation failed'. I recently updated my computer to MacOS Ventura 13.1. I am a UI/UX Designer so I am not able to work at this moment. Please help

Hi @Lesche-Ann24687318vwdb

Can you please delete all the Adobe Files in libarary/chache and try these steps suggested in this article : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
then try installing Creative cloud and Adobe XD.

Hi Ranjitha

I have tried both the below options provided by Harshika, to no avail.

I am currently trying to install XD 55.2.12, but I have tried the other version as well. Computer details: MacBook Pro 13inch, 2017.

Thank you, will really appreciate the help.

Thanks for trying the steps suggested, @Lesche-Ann24687318vwdb. Would you mind creating a new user profile on your mac machine as guided here: https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchl3e281fc9/mac and try to install XD on the new profile?

Let us know if you are able to install XD on the new profile. We will try our best to help.
