Unable to launch XD on windows 10 machine stuck on logo screen

I downloaded the latest version of Adobe  XD from the creative cloud desktop. I click to open the application, but it doenst start it get only the first page all white and XD's logo in  the middle. I restarted my lap top three times and the app still not initializanting.

my laotop : windows 10, 64 bits, 8GB RAM, SSD crucial - 240 GB

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz

We are sorry for the trouble launching XD. Please try the below steps and let us know if that helps-

 

  • Please Right Click on Adobe XD from the Windows menu
  • Click on App Setting.
  • First, try a repair.
  • Run Adobe XD.
  • If not working, then try the reset.

 

If it still doesn't help, please uninstall XD from the cleaner tool and reinstall XD.
