Everytime I open adobe XD, recent files are not loaded and I only get the loader. How can I fix this please ?

Note please that I'm not logged it to creative account. meaning, I don't have the software downloaded on my laptop and logged in to it (if this info helps to figure out how to solve it).

Hello,
Yes the issue was resolved. I downloaded creative cloud and logged in to my account.
It was resolved even without updating to the latest version of Adobe XD.
