Hi

this alert keeps show up when I open adobe xd:

"There is a problem with Adobe XD. Reinstall the app from its "original" install location or contact your administrator."

I tried to uninstall with:

AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool

CCleaner

Iobit Uninstaller

remove manually from the Program File

And when I try to reinstall it again always a dark icon and the same message pop up.

Thank you in advance.

I appreciate your reply. I actually solved my problem by using multiple cleaning attempts.Disk clean-up, left-click C:  properties. Two free software: Glary Utilities and BleachBit.I didn't know which one exactly did the work, but the result is a cleaner pc in all cases.Thank you again.

Hi there,

We are sorry for the delay in response. We would request you to please check if your system meets the minimum requirements to install XD: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/user-guide.html/xd/system-requirements.ug.html

If yes, please try uninstalling from Creative Cloud, restart the machine, and install it again.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harshika
