Unable to open any of XD cloud documents after upgrade.

I upgraded XD this morning and now it doesn't work at all. I'm logged in and can see my cloud documents in Creative Cloud Desktop, but I can't open them in XD. Each time I try, it crashes.

I already tried uninstalling XD, deleting temp files, rebooting, and reinstalling XD. 

Help! I'm stuck and can't do my work.

Hi Harshika, 

Thanks for replying. Someone in my IT department helped me yesterday, not sure what all he did except that it involved several reinstalls and reboots, but now XD is working for me again.

Thanks for replying. Someone in my IT department helped me yesterday, not sure what all he did except that it involved several reinstalls and reboots, but now XD is working for me again.
