Unable to open cloud files from XD app in XD 41 version.

In the release yesterday (41) I can no longer access Cloud Files through the XD interface.

Similar experience for me today. Quitting all apps and restarting my computer seemed to fix it but my XD shared protoype link was no longer working and had to be recreated.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  2. Are you getting any errors? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error.
  3. Please close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor and reboot the computer. Once rebooted, please check if you are able to access the files.

 

We're here to help, just need more information.

1. It’s not a file specific issue; the interface it’s showing me the files inside of these menus
2. I am able to open files from Recent under File
3. I am not getting any errors - just spinning loader
4. I have restarted 2x - should I still try the CoreSync stuff you recommended?
 
I've included my machine build as well for troubleshooting.

I'm curious if there's been any progress on this issue? It's causing a massive disruption in my workflow which has (over the last couple years) become dependent on the Adobe Cloud. Please advise.


Everything seems to be working just fine. I'll keep you updated if anything
changes
