Unable to open Sketch file into XD

I am not able to import a sketch file in adobe xd, but I read somewhere that it is working on windows but not on mac

Thank you for sharing the video. Is it possible for you to share the Sketch file with me over a private message so that I can check on my end? Please upload the sketch file to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me.

Also, could you please try importing the file from Adobe XD and share the results with us instead of dragging it?

actually import do not support sketch file and it's only activated after opening a file
