Unable to open XD or crashes on launch

Everything worked fine except when the period of some update was approaching, but it has been more than a month that I can't open XD. Either the screen freezes even before opening the program, or the program opens but as I try to open a file or create one from scratch XD crashes. It does not even allow me to fill in the space dedicated to the explanation to send a report. It is impossible to work like this.

Please try the below steps which might help you-

 

  • Quit the XD and Creative Cloud desktop application from Task Manager/Activity Monitor
  • Sign Out from Creative Cloud and XD.
  • Restart the machine.
  • Launch XD from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

LATEST
It worked for a few days after the last update and then today just stop to
work again,
I had to borrow a mac to get on with my work, but that can't be a long-term
solution.
