Everything worked fine except when the period of some update was approaching, but it has been more than a month that I can't open XD. Either the screen freezes even before opening the program, or the program opens but as I try to open a file or create one from scratch XD crashes. It does not even allow me to fill in the space dedicated to the explanation to send a report. It is impossible to work like this.
