I have been unable to save my work locally on an existing version for 3 times. The first time I saved on the cloud to save my work, the second time I succeeded I don't know how, probably by renaming it. Today no more possibility, access to the file or to other solutions were refused, I had to leave without saving and I lost 3 hours of work. It really annoys me!

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are unable to save your work in XD. Have you lost the work in the local file or cloud file? If it's a cloud file, you can check the version history of the file and see if you can recover the lost data.
Please ensure that your internet is working fine. Could you please share the version of XD installed on your machine and the details of your operating system? Does that happen with all files?
Please try signing out of XD, Creative Cloud Desktop, restart the machine, and then sign back in. Let us know if that helps.
