Unable to see the file in live preview in XD

The USB cable is working normally (I did some tests), however, when I try to open a mobile layout in dynamic view in app, it appears stuck in the last one I opened last week. I cleared the app's cache, tried to uninstall and install again and it didn't work. I can only see if I change the file and save the document in the cloud. How fix?

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear you are facing trouble with live preview in XD mobile. We would request you to please check if both your mobile and desktop are on the latest version of XD. Is this file created in the older version or new version of XD?Please share the mobile and OS you are using. Is it possible for you to share the file with me over a private message so that I can test it at my end?
