Unable to share password protected link

When I try to create a share link for an XD file where anyone with a password can access the file, the "Create Link" button is greyed out and unclickable. I was able to create password-protected links in the past, but am not able to anymore. XD is on the most updated version. Thank you!

Solved! Turns out I forgot you needed a capital letter, a lower case letter and a number in the passwords.

Hi chyng,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to you hear you are unable to create a passoword protected link in XD. We would like to know if it's happening with a specific file or all files.

Please also ensure you're logged in with the correct account. Could you please let us know if you're on Teams, Individual or Enterprise plan?

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi Harshika,

It's happening with all new files that I create (old files that I've already created password protected links for still work).

I am on a plan for Teams. I'm also logged in with the correct account.

Thanks!
