Unable to update Adobe XD.

I was trying to open my work but it showed me this:

Sorry to hear you are having trouble while updating XD. I would suggest doing fresh uninstall using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and then install again.
