Hi,

I have already tried the steps in the tagged links you provided.

My creative cloud was working before but all of a sudden I am not able to sync any files.

And this is preventing me from creating & publishing an Adobe XD component library

Please try the steps shared below:

  1. Sign out of XD and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  3. Reboot the computer.
  4. Sign back in on the Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if it works.

If it still doesn't work, please share a few more details like:

  • screenshot of the About XD info page
  • The version of the OS.
  • Have you tried re-installing the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app?
  • Are you connected to a private network or an enterprise network?
