Verbindung zum Dokument kann nicht hergestellt werden

Unser Design-Team kann momentan nicht an unseren XD-Dateien arbeiten. Nach dem Öffnen der Dateien wird versucht eine Verbindung herzustellen, was offensichtlich nicht möglich ist, da sich der Ladekreis schon seit vielen Minuten im Kreise dreht aber nichts passiert... Beim Abbrechen des Vorgangs kann ich die Optionen im darauf folgenden Dialog nicht richtig lesen, da der Dialog falsch angezeigt wird. Auch die Datei zu schließen und erneut zu öffnen und weitere Versuche das Problem selbst zu beheben haben nicht geholfen. 

Wir verwenden die Version 55.2.12 und gemeinsame Cloud-Dateien.

Ich hoffe auf schnelle Hilfe, denn so ist es uns leider aktuell nicht möglich zu arbeiten.

Yes, I was logged in via the Creative Cloud Desktop app and no, I had no internet issues.
