What's the future for Adobe XD?

Dear Adobe, now that the acquisition of Figma has failed through, is Adobe XD still gonna receive updates in future or be in maintenance mode? This is gonna be important for teams who are still using Adobe XD and will affect our decisions in looking for alternatives or stick to the ecosystem. Thanks!

Highly, highly doubt it. All of the team I personally knew on the project has either moved onto new ones in Adobe or left all togther. While this is not an official statement, you need to find a new solution for your design needs.

I truly hope they bring another product team back together on XD. They were all very responsive and supportive whether on the Creative Cloud side or the POs on XD.  I have enjoyed working in this tool since 2016 and hope to continue to deliver.
