Where can I found XD individual plan

Recently, I can't found XD plan in market, every App I can pay except XD, even I can't search it.

The only way I can pay for it, is to buyAll Apps combo pack.

Where is the 9.99$ plan?

The region is right as US, there is no way that I can pay PS or something else individually but can't pay XD individually.

Thank you for reaching out. Adobe XD will no longer be available for sale as a single application but will continue to be supported for existing users. Adobe XD will continue to be available as part of Creative Cloud All Apps.
