Why all this time in prototyping for a client and more or less starting again to publish!

Question

Ive been using Adobe Muse, as I wanted something visual and simple in producing good website, Im not interested in programming and Muse suited my purpose, I now believe this is being fobbed off due to competition etc and I thought that the adobe UX would be next in line for the fruitition of creative ideas until I realise this is more or less a visualising tool for the client and there is no direct link into publishing the results to a domain.

I can see this working for companies that like to offer great packages to large concerns and charge them the earth in minute detail but to me it seems a pointless exercise and waste of time, can you not rather get rid of UX and style they system in Adobe Muse to make a concise and complete package!!

The focus of XD is prototyping the UX of mobile apps and web content quickly and remains neutral on how to publish the content. Some of us build our mobile apps using hybrid frameworks like Ionic, while others develop them in Swift or JAVA. And how many options exist for web development? Too many to count. XD was never meant to be a site builder like Muse (now canceled). It is meant to fit in the workflow of design in the same vein as Sketch.

Hope this frames what the tool is and hope you can find a replacement for Muse that fits your workflow.
