My Adobe XD program weight 23GB on my computer data drive. While other adobe program like Photoshop or Illustrator are just 2-3GB each. Why is XD so heavy? It's really filling up my dd. How can i make it lighter? Why is it taking so much space? Is it the cloud saved files? Help

Hmm, there must be something wrong, when I check XD folder under the Applications folder on macOS, it 's not even 1GB (588 MB) when I search about issue, I see some suggestions in this conversation https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/adobe-xd-taking-up-a-lot-of-disk-space/td-p/12153561 by @Rishabh_Tiwari :

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. As suggested by Gianvitulano, please try the Adobe Cleaner Tool ( https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html ) to uninstall XD and then re-install it. In case if it is still taking too much space, please share a few screenshots from the Task Manager and also share system logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

We'll try our best to help you with this."

So I'd certainly try uninstalling with CC Cleaner Tool and reinstall it. Hope this helps!
