Hi Team,

I have installed Windows 11 Enterprise two days ago. When i open the Adobe XD its automatically closing once i launch the application. Then uninstalled the Adobe Xd and Creative cloud and the installed. After installed launched the Xd from creative cloud, It takes nearly 20 to 25mints to open the file or it got stuck while loading (attached). Really dont understand the problem here whether its issue with windows or Xd compatiblity? Provide any solution to work happily in Adobe Xd.

Is this happening on one particular file, or on all files? Does it lag if you make a new empty file? What about if you save it locally and open it from there?

Hi Spas,

No its happening in New file and existing file. Now i downgrade to Windows 10, absolutely fine not even it takes 1 min to open (large XD files). So I feel XD is not adapt with Windows 11.

I see. I remember users have had issues with Windows 11, but I'm running Xd on Windows 11 no problem. (Windows 11 Pro, not Enterprise). I don't think it should be an issue in general.

What are your PC specs? Are your GPU drivers up to date?

@sriram_4326 have you tried to uninstall Adobe Xd and then reinstall Xd, maybe it was a weird hiccup in the install file?

Hello.  I am running Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2.  I have another user withe the same specs.  Adobe XD is failing to install on both the user's machine and my machine (Tech).  I have tried running from an admin command prompt and running as an admin normally.  It will not install through the Creative Cloud or separately.  Also off the internet.  It will not install.  Log included.
