XD 8.1 crashes on PDF export

Hello

I am using version 8.1.22.2  ( I have just updated five minutes ago ) on Mac OSX and I am still experiencing crashes every time I try to export a PDF.

Can you please advice what is happening? I cannot export or save files.

    Yeah, a major bummer. I can accept the fact that adobe crashes.

    But when restarting XD and opening my file, it was just like I opened it yesterday and not how I saved it last time. Kinda weird when I constantly saving.

    When opening there was an asterisk next to my file, I was hoping it indicated a backup. A whole day lost.

    Please fix.

    We are still loosing work here at our offices as well. Even with the update. 8.1.22.2. OUr team has lost a lot of hours and work this week due to this issue. For us it is always happening on save. Not trying to export or anything.

    Hi David,

    Are you only experiencing issues when exporting to PDF or also to other formats? You also mentioned saving, are you saying you cannot save to .xd files? Please provide us with more details about your issue.

    It appears after updating the only issue is now when I try to export to PDF, exporting to PNG does not have any issues.

    If I export to PDF I it fails as a 'Single PDF file' for ALL ARTBOARDS and SELECTED ARTBOARDS, however I seem to be able to export as 'multiple PDF file' export.

    Thanks for the additional info, so it's a "PDF export" specific issue. Would you be willing to share your .xd file with me in private so I can try and reproduce the issue on our end?
