XD and other apps not opening after trying solutions

Adobe XD has just updated and it won't open any of the files that I was working on, and tomorrow I have a presentation. I have tried all the solutions that I have found on different posts. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I installed a previous version, nothing works. If I load an old file, it hangs after the blue line is complete and won't go any further. If I try to create a new file, as soon as I choose an artboard, it won't create one and it crashes immediately. It gives no error messages. When I tried to get a screenshot, I realized that Photoshop won't open either. Neither do Illustrator or Premiere. The rest of the apps open fine. Any thoughts?
