XD Constantly crashing on Windows 10 and not showing full properties for objects

Windows: 10.019044 / Dell x64

XD 55.0.12.9

 

When XD is working I do not have any properties for objects (as in no Font info etc. on the properties pane)

Crashing constantly.

Did full removal of XD / tmp files / reinstall - eveything listed here - https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.html

It is still happening and no properties etc. for objects, just Appearance properties.

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the trouble caused, tried from our end, unable to reproduce the issue, Could you please attach the XD crash logs and Adobe XD logs so that it would be helpful in debugging ad resolving the issue..please attach it to the id  mhiremat@adobe.com

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

And then reinstall it from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-creative-cloud-apps.html

 

If this doesn't help, once it crashed please collect the system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html we'll try our best to help you with it.

Tried above to no avail. Plus the '2000+ layers' error message has meant Xd is not usable in my team, we are moving to Figma.
