XD cloud documnets saved not opening in XD
and when i open new document in that layers are not shown to me in XD also not able to save the documents
when i try uisng save with keyborad shorctcut " ctrl S" it gives error 3634
Hi @sapna23301334ujw2 , as I see in another conversation, the suggestion is uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html , and if you still have problems after reinstalling it, contacting the support: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/xd.html Hope this helps!

Hi sapna,
Thank you for contacting us, In addition to Akin's reply, I would like to add some points here, Before uninstalling OR Intslling the CCD, wait for the file sync to sync it completeley , then open then XD documents .
