@raman_9457 Alough I can't replicate the same issue on my end, try launching XD directly from the Windows Start Menu, rather than through the Creative Cloud app or by opening a file, can bypass the black screen issue. The first few things I thought after watching the video was an either an outdated graphics card drivers, RAM or corrupted installation files. Outdated drivers can cause compatibility problems with applications like Adobe XD. You can usually find the latest drivers on the manufacturer's website (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel). Or, do you have enough RAM. While 4 GB of RAM is the minimum, 8 GB or more is recommended for smoother performance, especially with larger files. Also, ensure your operating system is a supported version (Windows 10 or later, macOS v13 or later). I would also consider uninstalling XD. A corrupted installation can lead to various issues. Uninstalling Adobe XD and then reinstalling it from the Creative Cloud desktop app can often fix persistent problems.
