XD is not yet available for your device (Error code: 405)

I'm trying to install XD on Windows 11 running through Parallels on an M1 MacBook Pro.

I'm aware of the issue of placing the installer in the root of C so that it didn't think it was on a network drive.

Is this configuration just not supported? Any idea if it will be in future?

We are sorry to hear you're unable to install XD on your Windows 11 machine. We would like to know if you're trying to install XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Error code 405 indicates that your app could not be installed as it is not available natively for ARM devices.

Check the system requirements of your app and try installing it again on a compatible device. Learn which Adobe apps are currently supported on Windows on ARM and Apple silicon.
