XD is part of my plan but will not allow access

I have the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan and the list of apps includes XD. However, it will not let me open it from the Creative Cloud app and has a 'Try' button instead of 'Open'.

My problem is fixed you need first.
- Uninstall adobe xd

- Then log out adobe creative cloud

- Then install button for adobe xd appears 

And it will work again
