I stopped the firewall, added exceptions, checked the Cloud connections files, checked Adobe System Status, deleted Adobe XD, reinstalled it, then repaired and reset it, I cleared the DNS cache thinking there might be a connection problem, I reset the modem, but the problem was not solved in any way. Can you please help me on how to solve it?
