XD not opening on mac

Hey guys i just cant get xd opend on my mac... tried to uninstall and reinstall but it didnt work just get the same problem... xd icon starts to pops on mac's dock and then it closes...  hope you guys could help me.. heres the problem report

Sorry to hear about the trouble. By any chance, did you change the installation location of XD? If yes, would you mind switching back to default and checking again? If that doesn't help, please try the steps shared in this similar discussion and let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

Hey man.. already done all in that discussion.. although i havent change the installation location of it it just still get me same error... i've used adobe cleaner tool and nothing works... on my mac I have photoshop, illustrator and both work perfectly fine but XD doesnt even though  i tried to install old versions available on adobe creative cloud app i didnt get it work... please help me, i need it to work

Thank you for confirming. Please check if Adobe XD has full disc access. To check that, go to Apple Menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disc Access. If XD is not added, please add Adobe XD and restart Mac and let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

just did that and still the same... any more ideas? dont know why it happens cause photoshop and illustrator works perfectly fine ....
