XD not recognizing gamepad key

I'm using XD 54.1.12 version and I'm using an xbox controller to prototype.

Nothing happens when I try to bind a key to an interaction. The gamepad is working fine on other applications and I am able to bind the keyboard to the interactions, but not the gamepad keys.

I've been searching for a solution for hours now and I simply didn't find any, so any help is appreciated.

I saw similar topics opened (and solved) about a year ago, but this is happening today, that's why I'm opening a new topic.

Thank you so much for responding! Unfortunately, the issue persists even after updating the XD version (I'm using 55.1.12 now). Nothing happens when pressing the gamepad key to bind it to an interaction.

Maybe this specific Xbox gamepad is no longer supported?
