XD not working at all

XD is not starting!

I have got the latest version of XD and working on macOS Catalina v10.15.5

It was working fine before the latest update

Sorry to hear you are having facing crash issue while opening XD. Would you mind doing a fresh uninstall and reinstall of XD using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and let us know if that helps?

Actually I did before posting here!
And here is the answer I got

"It's quite strange but it is supposed to work fine. There might be some issue with the application. You can raise your request on https://community.adobe.com/" !!

 

I need to know who supposed to help me? I'm losing my work!!

  • I'm facing this problem since 28 June and I tried 
  • Reinstalling XD
  • Reinstalling CC
  • Tried Older version of XD
  • tried to run in safe mode
  • restarting and shutting down my machine several times 

I don't know what I have to do else
