xd scaling artboard

So here's the problem:

After I finished the design the client asked for a change in all artboard's width (from 1080px to 375px), If there's a way of doing it- I don't find how.

If I scale an artboard using shift+drag it doesn't keep the proportions. for example when I resize the whole artboard group: a 1px width stroke stays 1px instead of scaling down with the whole design. same as font size: stays the same size and while the textbox gets too small to contain in.

I CAN do a workaround using illustrator BUT there's another problem: all my right to left languages loose it's alignment from "to the right" to "to the left" and moves forcing me reordering the whole composition.

How can I scale down keeping the all proportion (canceling responsice act). is there a switch for corrners/strokes scalling like in Ai?
