XD shared prototype not loading in (any) browser

Nobody can view our shared prototype in any browser (yes, we have all the proxy and browser settings correct as per your troubleshooting steps, none of your troubleshooting steps help in any way whatsoever, and yes we have tried it in all browsers and yes we have tried viewing it on both PC and Mac machines and it does not load for anyone on any machine in any browser) it just shows the spinning circle where the prototype is supposed to be. We tested, and only some very small XD "demo" files we made will load, but any larger files (which is what we always do) typically ~400MB or so, or anything with nested components or anytihng except the most basic small files simply will not load in the browser. Adobe seems to be having some big trouble with very slow and sluggish servers lately. This has been going on for quite a few days, now. Is Adobe working on this issue? If so, when can we expect this issue to be resolved?

If yes, please add the file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link with me through DM by clicking on my name. We'll also need the version of XD & OS for testing this on our end.
