XD - starter plan without creditcard - no longer possible?

There is apparently no direct link for the XD-starter plan. One has to go through the 7-day-trial-period and give creditcard-info. The starter plan is still available after this period, if one fires XD-app manually, but that is only possible after download, and after the 7-day-period.

Students without creditcard won't be able to acces the starter plan anymore:

Is that correct?

Thank you.

The XD Starter plan is still available, but there is a workaround for launching with details in the following thread:

Thank you -

But my problem is that one has to hand over valid creditcard-info in order to acces the XD-app manually from the computer, from where the starter plan is still available (after the 7-day-trial):

You can't begin the download in the first place without credit card, isn't that correct?

I have a bunch of students who don't have credit cards...

THANK YOU

My understanding is that all you need is to set up a free Adobe ID and no credit card is required.

You need a credit card to download it and acces the starter plan, and that is a real shame, because students without a credit card can't get acces to the free plan.
