XD : Unable to import images and assets to XD

I´m trying to import images and assets to XD but I´m not being able to do so.

For example, if I drag and drop a JPEG nothing happens. If I want to copy icons from Ilustrator (or import them as PNG) nothing happens.

I hope someone has the answer to this issue!

Hi ignaciop80372984, can you provide us more information? For example:

- is this on a Mac or on Windows?

- if Windows, does drag and drop work with other UWP apps (e.g. Edge, OneNote)

- does importing through File->Import.. (Menu->Import..) work?

- if Windows, how do you start Adobe Xd (from Creative Cloud, from start menu, from search)?

Any OS and Adobe XD versions would help too.
