Enhanced accessibility using Voice Control in macOS
What's new in this update:
- Share Designs and Prototypes with groups and mail aliases (Enterprise users only): See the section Create a Private Link in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/share-designs-prototypes.html#prepare
- Publish ALL artboards, even those that are not wired!: This long requested feature now makes its way into Adobe XD. You should be able to publish all artboards without wiring them or having them be connected to the home artboard. To do this, disable the Home artboard by clicking the Home icon on that artboard in the Prototype mode.
- Enhanced accessibility features using Voice Control on Mac OS: macOS Catalina introduces Voice Control, a new way to fully control your Mac entirely with your voice. Adobe XD takes advantage of this feature by allowing you to interact with design and prototyping features using your voice. See this blog post for more info.
- To test this feature, enable Voice Control on your Mac OS, and do the following:
- Open a file in Adobe XD
- Say "Open Edit Menu". The Edit menu should open up in XD.
- Say "Click 4" to duplicate an artboard. A new artboard should get created.
- Express your love by creating a heart shape using the Polygon tool: Set the value of the Corner Count for the polygon to <3. As simple as that!
