Adobe XD Error 5718

Instalé Adobe XD con Creative Cloud y cuando lo abro aparece un cartel que dice: "Se ha producido un error. Cierre y vuelva a inciar XD, e intente abrir de nuevo el documento (Error 5718)"

Ya intenté:
Cerrar y volver a abrir
Reiniciar la PC
Desinstalar y volver a instalar XD siguiendo todos los pasos que aparecen en ayuda de adobe.
Desinstalar y volver a instalar Creative Cloud.

El error persiste.


¿Existe la posibilidad de que me envien los instaladores para que yo pueda descargarlos e instalarlo desde la PC y no desde Creative Cloud?

Necesito que XD funcione URGENTE.

Would you mind generating logs using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and upload them to a shared locations such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the URL with us so that we can investigate at our end? Please share the XD and the OS you are using.
