Hi, thanks for your reply. Would you mind doing a fresh install of the graphics drivers? I know they are up to date already, but just for extra security

Hi, do these crashes occur on all files or while working on a specific file? Also tried doing a fresh install of Adobe XD? You could use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the software and delete any corrupt files.

Hi.
Uninstalled all the cloud app with Cleaner Tool and perform a fresh installation.
The issue reamain.

More details:

  • The issue is not related to a specific file (same problem on a local and on a cloud file).
  • It seems that if I zoom in and zoom out quickly the render engine crash and the application freeze.
I say "Engine crash" because elements in artboards looks blurried like before a redraw.

Thanks
Andrea
