Converting a Component (Instance) to a Component (Master)

Any idea on how to quickly convert an instance of a component into its own master component?

Presently, when I copy or duplicate a master component it automatically creates an instance. I hope there is an easier way to convert this instance into a new master instead of having to select the elements of the instance, make a new group, and then make the group a new component.

Any insight out there before I submit this as a feature request?

From my understanding of the software, there isn't an easy way to do this. I found something similar here https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/38727562-make-mast... and I am not sure if it is a solution or a question. Feel free to use this link https://adobexd.uservoice.com/ to place a request with the team.
