[Design]-Is there any way i can add specific comments in design while working in XD?

Whenever I design any app, I haven't found any sticy notes or kind of comments section while designing on XD. There is no direct way to write up for description about that design. For every time if we want to add any comments we need to create share link and then we can write. Is there any direct way so we can write comments while designing so whenever we will share the design, the comments will go with that sharable link??
