Exporting a component to Zeplin does not work

When I try to export a component to Zeplin styleguides, the popup above appears.

Of course I select the component and left it outside of artboard.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Sorry to hear you are unable to export components from Adobe XD. Could you please confirm if the XD file is saved locally or on cloud?

Hi, what version of Adobe XD and Zeplin are you using?

If yes, could you please also try to connect with the zeplin support team using this link: https://support@zeplin.io/ and see if they can check the issue once?
