File cannot be oppened... giving error code 86

i saved the file but now i cant seem to open it. It gives me error code 86 :

can anybody help me

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Will it be possible for you to share the file with us? If yes, please add the file to shared storage like Google Drive or DropBox and then share the link through DM. We'll also need the system logs, please collect and share the system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
