File corrupted making all components transparency 60%

I left a file open overnight, saved it when I woke up.  I had to do a restart due to an OSX update. When reopend my file I found that all my coponents were set to 60% transparency. Has this happen to anyone else?

After reviewing the file further it was all elements not just components.
