Hello View mode error

Hello, UX / UI Designer I'm designing with Adobe XD. When I turn on view mode while using Adobe XD, I can't see any images I haven't grouped.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm if it is just the images which are missing or there are some artboards which are missing as well? Will it be possible for you to share the prototype link with us? If yes, you can DM the link to us by clicking on my name. I'd also need a few screenshots of how the prototype looks in design mode?
