Layers suddenly not clickable in XD

Using the latest public version of Adobe XD. While designing, the layers seemingly freeze and I'm unable to click out of the layer I'm in in order to click another. I end up saving just to ensure nothing happens, and after a few minutes, the frozen layers become clickable again. During that time, the already selected layer cannot be moved with the mouse, but can be nudged around with the keyboard.

Sorry to hear that you're facing trouble using Adobe XD. I would suggest toggling the windows and press ESC key whenever you ran into the same issue again.
